Integrated CranioSacral Therapy

Hello! Nice to meet you. I hope you find what you are looking for here and that it gives you the opportunity to get closer to yourself during our time together, in the search for physical and mental balance. I would like to help you with all my knowledge, skills and attention.

The birth of integrated therapy is a simple process. People are curious. In general. About the world around them and about themselves. They are curious about where they came from, where they are going, how they work inside and out. I am mainly interested in the person themselves and everything that belongs to them. My journey started with getting to know the body.

The starting point of biomechanical craniosacral therapy is the craniosacral system, which, along with the circulatory and respiratory systems, constitutes the third major rhythm of the body. The name craniosacral comes from the Latin names for the skull and the sacrum (cranium and sacrum), and refers to their functional unit…

In the biodynamic craniosacral therapy approach, the craniosacral system is within the context of the physical body, the soul, the spirit, and the entire life of the individual: their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual being, as well as their lifestyle, family, environment, stories, and interactions with the world around them.

The treatment does not only deal with the body. The realization that the body, mind and emotions are perfectly and inseparably intertwined allows it to connect with all areas of our existence – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

The therapy helps the hormonal system work through the nervous system, has an effect on the heart and vascular system, the immune system, and is also effective in the treatment of respiratory diseases. It helps with chronic neck, back and waist complaints, migraines and tinnitus, and accelerates recovery after sports injuries and surgeries. It has an effect on the skeletal and muscular system, various organs, connective tissues and the body’s energy system. With its calming and relaxing effect, it can help overcome stress, depression and other psychological difficulties.
